You are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for loss or damage in transit. Title or ownership passes from Pantera (the shipper) to you (the buyer) when the carrier moves the shipment from the Pantera dock into their truck. HOURS Pantera is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm central time Monday through Friday. These items cannot be returned or cancelled. Items not in stock will usually take longer to arrive.

SPECIAL ORDERS When requested, we will special order items not usually stocked at our facility. Back orders for normally in stock items may be cancelled at any time before the merchandise is shipped from our warehouse. BACK ORDERS Items that we normally carry, but are not in stock at time of shipment will be back-ordered, unless the dealer requests NO BACK ORDERS at time the order is placed. RUSH ORDERS All special transportation expenses such as next day and second day air charges must be paid by requesting party. Special priced and freight sensitive items may not qualify for freight prepaid shipments.

Any special charges by a carrier, such as COD fees, and HAZMAT charges are the responsibility of the dealer this applies to both prepaid and collect shipments. No freight will be prepaid on past due accounts. FREIGHT POLICY A $450 minimum Fedex Ground or UPS order, or $550 minimum LTL-Freight order will be sent prepaid to customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas who maintain a current account status. Any check dis-honored by your bank will cause a review of your account status. RETURNED CHECKS A $25 fee will be charged for each returned check. PAST DUE ACCOUNTS If an account is more than 30 days past due, a monthly charge of 1-1/2% may be added to the unpaid balance, or 18% annually. All purchases prior to credit approval will be sent COD. OPEN ACCOUNTS Submit a credit application plus any information required for approval by Pantera credit department. NEW ACCOUNTS All new accounts will receive orders COD until an open account is approved by our credit department. TERMS Net 30 days from invoice for credit approved accounts. A $5.00 service charge will be added to all orders less than $25. Possession of a Pantera dealer price list or catalog should not be construed as an offer to sell at wholesale.
